Way too busy

Gah three days into uni and I feel like I've been back here three weeks. Heh trust me I'm glad to be back but omg things are as about organised as...*can't think of a way to finish her sentence to adequately describe how un-oraganised things are*

Monday -
Drove into Uni at 7:30am and got in for 8am, which is quite good for that time. Listened to Tony Horn till 8:30 and then headed to uni to fin out what was going on for that day. Turns out Private Study needs to be sorted with Brian - oh yeah - and that we don't have seminars on a Monday - wootage - so I will only ever have to be in on a monday for that.

Waited around for Noel to turn up for a while to find out about said seminars and watched the first years all looking like frightened bunnies as they stared at me going 'what is she? She wasn't here the other day...what's going on? Where am I?' which was quite cute. Of course I was like that last year but meh.

Headed home after that and then went to work as normal, went online which I shouldn't have in retrospect (hey I likes that word) and went to bed.

Tuesday -
The day given over to script in my timetable and it was great fun but omg my head hurt something rotten afterwards. Of course give me half a chance or get me thinking of ideas and my brain starts turning over before I can stop it and things go from there. So I'm trying not to start getting all my ideas going, write stuff down and check my dicaphone's working which is was quite happily with the starts of a headache coming on.

Enjoyed it to death though which is cool, and it turns out that I'm doing a Feature Length Script, A five Minuet one prescribed as 'Man meets a woman or Woman meets a man' by Peter so I'm going to try and do a on the road car based one where a woman is running late for work and is stuck behind this prat in front of here whose driving like an idiot whilst listening to a radio DJ/traffic reporter only to find that the driver in front is him and a 10 minuet one which is up to me. Which I think is quite cool and hunky dorey.

I leave Uni reasonably and drive up to Silverlink - people cannot drive around NEwcastle at all - popped into Boarders to find out when the studnet discount is on - October 5th, 6th and 7th - guess what Ryu's going to do on one of those days - and checked out some books that would be there for me to choose from. Prior I had a look ing HMV and I might get some DVDs soon as well.

Work was slow and boaring - this could have been due to that bloody headache I had like - but I did reasonable on my Pops which I'm happy about. Came home, had tead and went straight to bed.

Wednesday/today -

Got up after a nice long sleep and went in for Screenplay workshop - they moved it from Thursday to Wednesday which means I'm now in on a wednesday and then have theory on Thursday afternoon but not this week! Woot! It was quite fun and inciteful - I've got another 10 minuet script to do for that but that shouldn't be too hard. Drove back through the town and was virtually swearing the whole time cause people seriously cannot drive.

Thing is I wouldn't mind if they were in difficult or older cars to drive that need a strong working relationship, what annoyes me is that they're all in much bigger cars, with better engins, gearboxes, breaks and other things compared to my Jess and they drive like utter and total morons. Why! There's no point and garenteed these are the gits that complain about the newer driver in the older cars when they drive even worse that we do...okay I will stop ranting about that.

Went to the town center and paid my Visa bill off so that's clear for the time being - found out my loans not in just the same as everyone elses it appears so the government have really gone and screwed that up.

Well I'm going to go and sort stuff out before going to work.

Catch you later

Long Update aka 'We're stuck between the commy's and the poofs' akaka Hawaii 50!

Okay big big post coming up from myself ^_^ Sorry for taking so long about this but after you've read you'll understand ^_^

Wednesday - I finally enrolled back into Uni and it was great fun seeing all my old Uni mates who I had not really seen over the summer and the lecturers were glad to see us all back. However we had a 40 min extra wait whilst they sighed in all the new first years. They've expanded, they'res loads of them - well 37 but it's still bigger than our year which came in a 30. And they have more girls on the course. Now that may sound weird but in our year they are about 10ish girls - more likely 8 now - and the rest are guys. In their year we counted (me and Graham TS that is) about 10 lads or more and the rest being girls. It was mega weird just seeing all these girls come out of the door. So got in, filled out the form, had to tell them three times how I wanted to pay my fees and then headed home afterwards cause nothing else was going on.

Work was quite cool, not the usual Wednesday crap that we get and I got no where near the current POP incentive. Shame but meh. Anyway after work I headed over to Ahmed's/Tigerfox's (for those on WT) and I did reasonably well - got lost but it turned out that I came off an exit too early and if I had made a left at Coach Lane Campus and not gone right and ended up at Megabowl then I would have been on the right track. Still not bad for my first time trying to navigate and drive at the same time.

When I finally got there, after calling Tigerfox and getting him to direct me to his house, we had some tea and watched anime. Bless his cotton socks, he was engrosssed in Chrono Crusade (espically Ep 3 - his reaction to the end was ten times better than mine) and we also watched Azumanga Diaoh and Weiss Kruze which he is a fanboy of now ^_^ And he got rather annoyed at me cause I refused to tell him who the guy in the white suit was in the second ep (all those who know keep stum). Drove home and was in bed at 02:10am.

Thursday -

was up at 07:40 to get ready to be out of the house by 08:30 as I was picking Boston up and then preparing to fight through the traffic to get to the Freshers Society Fair. Got in and found that I needed a permit to park in the Uni car park, not surprising so I head to a place that is okay and park up all hunky dorey with no problems. We then walked to Uni and hunted for people in the picknic area and the hall. No one there.

I'm thinking oh great but then Kamo-kun and Peter turn up. All seems to be going fine. Peter asked Kamo, and Boston followed him, to go and print off a document and then photo-copy it. Me and Peter head into the area and find that we have not been allocated a place cause they're about as organised as a headless chicken and the only reason we knew about it was cause I had found out from Boston and Peter had searched for half-an-hour on the website to find it.

So they made a decision and allocated us a place - in between the Socialist Student's society and the Gay and Lesbian Society, hence why you have a quote from Peter saying, "We're stuck in between the Commy's and the Puffs"

Got into my gear and stood about for six hours playing the 'let's describe what kendo is in as many different ways as possible without repeating ourselves' game. It did not go that well I can assure you.

What was even more strange and confusing was the fact that Kamo, Boston and Hiya (once they got him out of bed) took two hours plus to get the leaflets done. *is keeping all comments to herself* And before any of you start I know it was the computers and printers fault but still two and a bit hours?

Anyway went through the day and ended up joining the NAMS - aka Northumbria Anime and Manga Society. That's right we actually have one that's not run by yours truely and I got a free t-shirt. Currently waiting on hearing when the first meet is but as soon as I know I'll let peeps know ^_~ Also made fun of Hiya being gay as usual.

Left at about three and found that some ungrateful jerk had gone and thrown mud onto my lovely Jess. WHO THE HELL THROWS MUD ONTO A CAR! Granted I had probably taken someones place but seriously I turned up at 09:45 or something so it was that persons fault for not being there. But how childish can you be throwing mud onto a car! That's beyond pathetic, it's a really crappy thing to do. So I have to stand there and clean the muck off it. I head to boarders and meet up with mum to have a coffee before going to work.

The Usual assortment of strange Customers at work and me and Tigerfox complained about them in the usual way. Came home, had tea and went straight to bed.

Friday -

Got up late and stared to clean the house as Dad was taking Jess to be fixed again - her timing belt needed changing and the front wash-wipe is still refusing to work (also hence why I had to clean the windscreen myself). With a sudden flash of rememberance I found that I had not sorted out my NUS Card. Grrr annoyance. So I finish cleaning and head to town to get things sorted thinking that it's a friday so it should be reasonably quiet. How bloody wrong was I? Every Damn moron who could drive a car was out in force and making my life hell. You wounder how they get their driving lisences. I miss my turning and have to go all the way round to get back to where I want to be and finally get parked. What makes it even better is that it's only 2:30pm in the afternoon. What the hell can be so important at that time of day? I mean I could understand if it was 3:30 or 4:30 but 2:30! And they're driving like twits! Sorry Drivers rant.

So I park up, down at the bottom of the road to where I parked the other day and what do I see parked where I was. A Clapped out old banger that's in a far worse state than mine. I glare daggers at it and think OKAY WHAT THE HELL! YOU THROW MUD AT MY LOVELY LITTLE HYUNDIA WHEN YOU'RE DRIVING A FLIPPING CRASHED OUT, RUN DOWN BANGER! THAT'S NOT FAIR! I also contemplate throwing mud at it to get my revenge but think better and go and get my NUS card sorted out, still grumbling about pricks who think that they own the world.

Go into the Union and get my card sorted in about 15 mins which is a damn site better than the 45+ it took last time and headed out a slightly different way to be stuck behind a Vaxual Astra 1.6 that was driving like a total prat and annoying the hell out of me. IT'S A 1.6 THAT IS EASY TO DRIVE COMPARED TO MY JESS WHICH IS ONLY A 1.0 AND WAS MADE IN 98, THIS THING WAS NEWER AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN A BREEZE BUT NO SOMEONE WAS DRIVING LIKE A TWIT AND IRRITATING ME! gomen another rant that really only relates to driving.

Got home and chilled a little before picking Kallers up and driving back into Town with next to no problems - funny old world ain't it. Went and harresed the boys - Hiya is now Chicken Man according to Kallers because of his new hair cut. Of course to get in I had to call them. This was how the conversation went between me and Hiya

Me - after Hiya answered - "Can you let us in?"
Hiya - "Hows you doing?" or something similar
Me - "Can you let us in?"
Hiya - "Are you outside?" shame he didn't do the geordie 'like' on the end
Me - "Yes why else would I be asking you to let us in?"

Kallers - throughout the whole convo and not hearing what Hiya is saying - "Tell him to move his Lazy Arse and no we're not outside your door or anything and Rice Pudding"

So we get in, get sorted and head to kendo. We had about twenty plus newbies and Darren being our really nice sensai split us into groups and said 'Teach them the basics'. *hollow dung* Me and Hiya ended up as a group and taught as best as we could whilst constantly pratting on and aruging as we normally do in any given situation.

We then split up again and the ones who had been there a year got to do Enshin Shia (Piggy in the Middle). ME AND KAL FACED EACH OTHER!!! After months of promising oursleves we would fight in a combat sitaution and we did. Wheee it was so much fun. What was even better was the second we realised that we were going to be facing eachother it was like an electric snap *snaps figners* and we just went for it. Mick was telling us to constantly fight on and we did, we didn't need to be told to. Annoyingly she got a Kote cut on me - which I commend her for cause it was a high left kote which is really hard to get and you have to spot it fast and bring your shinai down quicker than the other guy otherwise they'll get a Men cut on you - which was what I was going for cause we both know that she leaves her kote open whilst I leave my men open - that's what 20 minuets of Kei Karegao does for you. But still it was fun and we've sworn a re-match.

Once Kendo was over, we went home, had a slight disagreement with a taxi driver but not going to rant about taxi drivers, dropped Kal-chan off, got home, talked to mam for an hour and then went to bed after randomly deciding to stick all my old tickets and other things into my eighteenth birthday journal. Don't look like that, I likes keeping my old tickets and stuff cause they're my memories and hopefully will be collectable in a few years. Okay so I'm an optomist so what! :p

Saturday -

Got up and went to work which was a little busy and oh god the winters coming on way too fast I swear. Came home and then went to babysit Little Christopher - note to Kal, Kamo and Hiya yes he is a real child and I've got a photo of him :p. I likes looking after Christopher cause he's a little angel that just does things you ask him and even sticks to the rules which is really nice.

Put him to bed at 8 - half-an-hour after his usual bedtime but shhh it's our little secret lol - and then made myself some mircowave pizzas and raided the DVD cupboard. there was a note saying I could. Sat and watched Robots which was okay, definately a sunday afternoon film and I'm happy I didn't pay to go and see it. Tried watching other things but wasn't really interested and unfortunatley Trish and Dave's DVD player isn't a multi-region so I couldn't watch some of the anime I wanted. Heh.

They got in - my parents had gone with them - at about 10:30 and I went home and to bed.

Sunday/Today -

Got up at 10 and got ready cause I was going White Water Rafting down in Teeside.

OH MY GOD!!!! IT IS SO MUCH FUN!!!

Wheeee Ryu-chan has been White Water Rafting and I wanna go again. Seriously it's great, Little K I recommend that you go to the one near your Uni cause that's where I was and it's totally worth it!

We went round the course about twelve times. We only had two instances of people falling off. The first was we were going sideways down the rapid part and I felt myself go one way but then be thrown backwards and end up in the center of the raft whilst everyone else - cept the instructor - ended up in the water. We picked up one guy out of the water, another off the bank and the last two we caught from the other group who were ahead of us. The second incident involved me. We were going along and just before the bridge there is a pretty steep and the guy yells lean one way which I do and then I'm just like 'where am I going?' as I fall into the water. The first thing my group know is the instructor seeing my feet disappear over the side of the raft. Luckily I went into Guide mode and just did the right things to set myself straight. Next thing I know the guy's pulling me out of the water and I'm back in the raft. The only thing that was actually bad was that I clonked my teeth with the paddel but that was minor compared to some of the things I've done before (in the Guides for all those of you who are wondering) so I was okay.

Heh, enjoyed it and the last time round we were all ensuring that no one fell out by shifting in and out and grabbing people. It was so much fun.

Parents took me for dinner to this place that was okay but I have never eaten Lasaner (sp?) with virtually no cheese sauce before. Still got home, had a bath, finally saw the last ep of Dr Who and then came online.

Heh I'm going to have to keep a diary offline to update this in the future. My timetables pretty hetic. And I think I'm in tomorrow. Oh the joys. Still catch you all later on!

About time I updated....

Well things have certainly be strange this last week or so.

As most people know I finished with Kamo - not for anything that he did but cause I was begining to fool myself that I was happy in a relationship when in reality I wasn't and personally I did not want lead him on cause I once did that to a guy and it hurt even worse. So Kamo-kun if you're reading this, don't think that I didn't enjoy being with you or anything like that. You were one of my best relationships and I'm glad I got to spend time with you and I have many happy memories of spending time with you but it's over and I just want to be your friend because there is a girl out there who is going to be twenty times better than me and you deserve her more. ^_^

In other news I'm nearly back at Uni which I'm looking forward to and my creativity drive is going along nicely which I'm happy about ^_^ And Jess is trundeling along fine which is also making me smile a lot - cause I get to listen to Metro Radio!

Heh and that's it

Sorting out a car is hard work

Well, sorry for the long pause in the updates but I've been busy with Jess, sorting out tax, the MOT and service and all sorts of other things so it's been a bit on the hetic side.

Also I've changed my mind about Sileco and FITS in general, going back to a prose story with them so hopefully I'll get working on them again soon.

Currently getting info for uni so I've gotta update properly later.

Honk Honk Rattle Rattle Beep Beep!!!!

Hehehehehehehehehehehh Ryu nows owns her very own brum-brum (aka car) and it's soo cool and pretty (actually she's a bit of a an old banger but she's my banger so neh!) and she's all mine!

Heh I went to the car autions today and bought a Hyundia Atoz for £800 (plus £100 buyers fee) and I'm so happy with myself. Dad's kinda freaked out cause it was going to be a corsa but I just fell in love with the Hyundia's for no apparent resaon and decided that I was going to have this one. And here she is:Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Managed to drive her home reasonably well, stalled about three or four times but to be expected (of course Dad got in and drove it perfectly well but there again he has 30+ years expereince over me and more idea of driving a smaller car as well) and got it home. Cleaned her up and got the insurance sorted. £882.79 (my visa bills going to be horrible when I get it *reminds herself to check her orange bill as well) Gotta get her taxed but need the forms first.

Heh Ryu is mucho happy and if your wondering about the title it's an old Brownie song (let's see if Chibi remembers what it is) and the car's already got a name which is Jess because I refused to have it called Postman Pat as Dad was threatening to so we agreed on the cat (even though the cars not black and white).

And thieved this off baka-chan:
Leave your name and
1. I'll respond with something random about you.
2. I'll tell you what song/movie reminds me of you.
3. I'll pick a flavor of jello to wrestle with you in.
4. I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me.
5. I'll tell you my first/clearest memory of you.
6. I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
7. I'll ask you something that I've always wondered about you.
8. If I do this for you, you must post this on your blog/journal.

Assassin
You are an assassin.
That means you are a proffessional and do your
job without mixing any emotions in it. In your
life you have probably been hurt many times and
have gotten some mental scars. This results in
you being distant from people. Though many
think that you are evil, you are not. What you
really are is a person, trying to forget your
pain and past. You are the person who never
seems to care and that is why being an assassin
fits you good. Atleast, that's what people
think. Even if you don't care that much for
your victims, you still have the ability to
care and to generally feel. It is not lost,
just a little forgotten. In crowds you tend to
not get to noticed, and dress in black or other
discrete colours. You don't being in the
spotlight and wish people would just leave you
alone. But once you do get close to someone you
have a hard time letting go and get real down
if you loose him/her.

Happy
People see happiness in your eyes! You are most
likely a really awesome person who trys to
enjoy life. You can usually see the good in any
situation or person. You bring joy wherever you
go in life and probably have a really good set
of friends. But sometimes you may strive too
hard to be happy and may try to fool yourself
and others. In this case, it's not good to hold
in your feelings, and you should try to find
someone to talk to about what's bothering you
instead of covering it up. But, all in all you
usually get over these situations quickly and
can continue living life to its fullest! Go

Heh not as normally bad for me

Feeling ill sucks ass

Well, the last few days of my life without parents turned a bit suck cause I got some horrible bug thing that made me feel wierd and ickyifed to death. Couldn't hold anything down and generally felt sorry for myself.

Friday had to be the best bit though, got up early (9:50ish) and started to clean the house. Phone goes about an hour later, as my parents are calling to say that they're on the way home. Mum asks if she's just woke me up and I say no I haven't and that I'm a little ill and not going to kendo tonight. Mum says they'll be home about 6-8 which is cool to me. So I call Kal-chan to say that I'm not going to kendo tonight and after I say that the first words I get out of her are 'What's the matter with you?', I tell her I'm ill and instantly she tells me to get some rest and drink a lot of warm drinks. Talk about 'Yes Mommy' but heh I didn't mind a bit *hugs Kal-chan*

So I finish the house and then proceed to rest and Watch Weiss cause the DVDs arrived and I forgot how much I actually enjoyed that series and was rather surprised that I could remeber half of it considering that I haven't watched it for over a year and a half - me bad.

Parent's came home and talked about where they had been and what they had done and gave me presents being a huge Cuddley Nessie, A Lion's Ruby Top, A Scotland Football Team Hoodie with the number 10 on it - to go with my Scottish Football shirt with the number 10 on it - a sheep (cause apparently that's all their was and they had to buy me one) a dragon and nessie t-shirt and a Marvin the Paranoid Android Poster (Dad's excuse was that the current one on my door was starting to look tatty - I thought it was rather appropriate for a Uni student ^_^).

Previously to Friday I had peeps over earlier on in the week and it was great to see Boston again after her prolonged absence as she was in Austrila. ^_^

Saturday was a evil day at work where it was quiet but all the customers were horrible little sods who were complaining about everything under the sun. Amazingly though they seemed to go really nice when my team turned up around 4 which was strange. Was also feeling a little better but declined to go and get pie and chips with my parents cause I still didn't feel well.

Sunday was quite cool, sat and re-watched the Moto GP with my parents (after the dog woke me up) and then had gran come over but that wasn't too bad.

Today I went and got money as I'm aiming to go and get a car tomorrow so fingers crossed for that.

Heh and I'll see you all later
