Heh I'm bouncing to Soca Music - Caribean style bouncy stuff - so I might appear a bit bouncy and happy in this but I don't care ^_^

Friday - got up a little early cause mam was hovering downstairs and the hover was making a lot of strange sounds. Cleaned the upstairs up whilst listening to Rocky Horror. Finished that and spent the rest of the day shopping with Mam. Ended up in Monsoon and I bought dresses - yes shock horror Ryu-chan actually bought girl clothes. I got a red dress that according to mam looks very elegant and a black dress that's really two in one but the net one offsets the plain one and they're both just mega mega pretty which is really great and fun ^_^ Also got myself a black skirt with red embroidary and a red top which I wore on Sat night (see below) and proper shoes which mam was really happy with. Got the majority of the last bits for Christmas which is good - just need a couple of odd ends and birthday presents next then I'm clear once again.

Came back, got sorted and then went and met Kallers with the intension to go and meet Baka. We walked down to the train station and found she was going to be late getting in so I couldn't meet her as I was going to kendo. So we walk up to BK and get soaked through. I have tea and see Kallers off before texting Baka to say sorry I can't meet you and then went to Kendo. As usual it was a lot of fun and I had a laugh. I wasn't quite on top form and trying to get used to new armour was a little wierd. Kamo got whacked on the shoulder during Kirri Kiash cause I accidently mis-judged it and was pissed cause I wasn't hitting correctly so he kept on going on about it in a playful way. Enshin Shaia (Piggy in the middle) was great fun and I was out fighting about five times or something which was really great. Nearly got a perfect Kote (wrist) cut on Darren (5th Dan) but I stupidly lifted with my right hand - which your not meant to do - and it slipped off! Damn it! Also against Dash I got a pretty fine Kote cut as well but couldn't Kia (shout) cause he was on the move and barrelled into me before I had the chance. His thumb looked rather nasty but serves him right cause that should have been my point. And it was great when people were cheering me on and wanted me to win which was really good and fun.

Came home and chatted on to Mam for a little while and then went to bed after a shower.

Saturday - got up after a lie in and did various pieces of work and mooched for the most part. The nighttime was great cause me, Kal, Baka, Kamo, Hiyaku and Johnathon went out to Nagomi's and we spent about four and a half hours there, chatting on and having a really really good time. All sorts of strange conversations were going on but it was all in good fun and Baka got the quote of the night. I had picked up my handbag to get my phone out for some reason and whilst fishing around trying to find it I came across my dragon ring which I had taken off whilst seeing Little Shop and forgotten that I had it in there. Baka of course is sitting next to me as I pull it out and go 'there is my dragon ring' she misheard me and in her words 'I thought you said it was an engagement ring'. It was classic and bless her *pets Bakaness* it was just so funny.

Got the bus home and chatted on to Mam again cause we had the chance to and then went online for a little while before going to bed.

Sunday - slept in again but I didn't mind cause it was a lazy day and I really didn't plan on doing anything in particular. Mooched and did a little bit of work but not much - it was goign through photo's and selecting some for my association file for Angelus Evigilo (my feature). Then at five drove to Hexam with Mam and Dad to go and have a meal at Weatherspoons and then go and see Harry Potter. A damn good film and the best of the lot so far. Very dark and well played out and OMG! It was really good but I'll behave and not give any spoilers away ^_^ Though Nosferato is good in it ^_^

Monday/Today - got up really late for a monday but no real problems. Took dog for a walk, fed her, watched TV and fed myself, changed the washing over, got Reactions finished and printed off. Went to the Big Shops to get a replacement whiper blade and then came here and updated. Well gotta take the dog to go and get dog food and then see what the rest of the night brings.

At long last I think...heh been busy again though and for once not writing something else in the proccess of writing this

Sunday - got some character work done and sorted out and generally mooched around just doing the stuff I needed doing. Not a particually interesting day but I got stuff done which was good ^_^

Monday - got up after a lie in and did more uni work whilst yapping onto Dad and gettings things sorted, watched a film or something I can't really recall and went online which I probably shouldn't have but it was okay. Went to bed quite happy.

Tuesday - get up, get sorted, leave the house at 8:10 cause I know the cars going to need a little bit of defrosting - an understatement in itself. I have now learned that it is a very stupid idea to leave Jess standing for three days in this type of weather as she totally freezes up. Wasn't that I couldn't get in the car, it was the fact that the Drivers door was stuck which would have been really bad. Amazingly though she started up like a dream and curkeled away quite happily whilst we got things done. Got away fourty-five minuets later and headed into town for a lecture thinking the traffic shouldn't be too bad...another understatement. I got stuck at flipping Gosforth from 9:10 till 9:50 and then it took another twenty minuets to get through Heaton and to my car parking space and then ten minuets to get to my lecture. I was late but Peter didn't mind too much.

Went through the lecture which was on the Film Pitch that I've got to do next week (needs to get a proper name for feature film) so looking forward to all of that. Only need to do one more character profile and then I'm in the clear with that and don't have to worry too much about it...hopefully. Once that was over I went and did a couple of hours in the libary, then mooched over to Forbidden Planet and Travelling Man to see if they had both Vampire Game 5 and From Far Away 5 in cause I like buying them in tanjum and fortunately for me they didn't have them in...well they have VG5 but not FFA5 so I saved myself some money there ^_^

Headed back and went for a tutorial about my Ten minuet script for Peter, got to take it to first draft by Sat and I might get that done now actually once I've finished this, cause I'm possibly going shopping with mam tomorrow and might not have the time to get everything sorted out.

Went to work and it was a strange feeling being back even though I enjoyed it, customers whinging as usual but what do I really expect around this time of year? Came home and went to bed.

Wednesday - got up and made sure I was out early to defrost the car, wasn't as bad and the door wasn't frozen solid so I got in on time. Went through the plots again and was told to take it to first draft which I'm going to do over the weekend. Came home after arguing with the traffic and did a little work on Peter's ten minuet script - I haven't got that much to do actually - and then watched Telly before going to work.

Customers complaining like mad and all hepped up but on the plus side I got three care and an IDD in one night which is pretty good going for me ^_^ But probably quite strange for me to be going on about but never mind. Wasn't feeling 100% at all as I had been sick previously but it must have been the first time I was happy that it was cold outside cause I was boiling hot. Ordered the supper and went and got it cause mam was out with gran in York for a Christmas shopping trip. Watched Event Horizon with Dad and hot damn that's a good film ^_^ A proper fright fest that it horrible but really really well done!

Went to bed feeling knackard to hell.

Thursday/today - got up at 10 and sorted out before going to Uni at 11:25. Stopped off at Heaton Pie shop to get some pies ironically and then went and played hunties for a parking space cause my usual were taken but I got there in the end. Watched 'Alice' by Jan Svankmajer which is a version of Alice in Wonderland and but unlike the Disney version it uses stop-motion animation and presents a much darker version of the story and I really enjoyed it. Though how it's contraversial is a bit beyond me. I suppose some of the imagery would be quite horrific for a kid but I don't know as of yet. I would recommend it cause it's real fun and a nice dark twist on the tale.

Fought with traffic on the way home, got stuck behind a truck that refused to go over 40 mile an hour on a 70 mile an hour road and once I was past him, two prats wouldn't let me across to pass a digger that I was coming up on. I was in second gear by the time they actually shifted and I was not amused at them. Had some tea and a little break, then did a character profile and caught up on gaia. Logged off, welcomed mum home, had tea, helped mum to cheer up cause she got a little stressed and is in one of her 'I'm going to tidy everything up' moods. I got a new hat, scarf and gloves for winter though which I'm really happy about ^_^ Had a bath after that and then talked to mam about stuff and I'm going to get a drink and then mooch online for a bit.

Six hours

Well there is a reason to the title but you'll learn that in a bit

Thursday - went through a pretty usual lecture on The French New Wave and all the context and stuff of it which was quite interesting but I had forgotten to do my read up on it - naughty naughty me - so it was a bit of fun trying to work out all the stuff but I got along okay. Then sat through Weekend by Goddard and that has to be the most boring film that was ever made. Seriously. It had a great political view point and some interesting sequences but by the time you get to them you really don't care and want to fall asleep so badly that it's criminal. I won't bore you to death with the details but it's one that's going to be very strange hearing about.

Came home after that and got ready to go out. That was after I had gotten my Kendo armour out and been all squeey cause it came ^_^ It's prettyful it is

Met up with Kel who was driving and picked up Manda, found I had forgotten her present but it only took a couple of minuets to get there and pick em up. Went to Newcastle and had a Frankie and Bennies for tea before going to see Corpse Bride. Man I love that film but on watching it a second time you realise just how dark and creepy it is which is very strange but cool none the less. Got in at 12 and went to bed.

Friday - got up late and did the top of the house while stringing together my kendo armour quite happily. Got that done and went to do a little bit of script work, got my ten minuet proposal done for Peter and then decided to go to bed and get a bit of a kip cause I was tired. Woke up when mam got in and got sorted out to go to kendo.

Dropped mam off at the Cloney and met Kallers. We were in one of our funny moods and I ended up learning a japanese kids Frog song cause she decided that I was going to. At the moment I can only remember the first bit and the qwes and the ke's but I will get there with it I promise.

Kendo was quite fun, it consisted of me, Kallers, Jo and Darren being the only ones in with experience ('Experience being a relevant term' quote=Kallers) and the newbies so we spent the night going through cutting practice. It was a slow lesson but nice and easy and plus it meant that my headache didn't develop any further than what it had to. Poor Jo though appeared in his white uniform like me and Kal so Darren turned around at one point and said 'Would you three ladies like to line up' which set us both off laughing.

As we were getting changed mam called to say that she wasn't at the Cloney and to be careful driving home cause of Black Ice. I was okay with it cause I learnt to drive this time of year anyway so I knew what to do. Get Kallers home with no problem - and her still bouncing around for no apparent reason - and have a bit of fun getting out of her street but nothing major to worry about. Came home, got sorted and went to bed.

Saturday/Today - nearly got up at 8 but went back to sleep till twelve and hauled myself out of bed. Made myself some sausage sandwichs and took the dog for a walk before starting work on my script, determind to get the story finished.

I did get it finished at 6 - hence the Six hours comment. But I'm happy with it and it flows along quite nicely, need to write it up proper and get the characters defined but it should be a lot of fun ^_^ I was mixing stuff between the parts cause I can't go for six hours straight but it was all fun.

Watched a Harry Potter Special and then went to South Shields for Pie and Chips which was really nice.

Currently mooching around and waiting for peeps to get online ^_^

Finally I can get an update done...

sheesh I've been running around so much over the last few days and then having to put up with my ISP not letting me onto Blogger that I couldn't do an update. So here it is at long last.

Thursday - pretty average day, can't really recall what I did so nothing in particular must have happened.

Friday - got up and cleaned the house out, did a little uni work before getting ready to go out. Went and saw Little Shop of Horrors with Kal-chan and omg I totally love that show it's sooooooo coool and dark and the songs are great. The cast were fantastic and for a amature production I was over the moon with it. What made it a bit more fun was the fact that both me and Kal were dressed in black and in the gothic style - need to nab the phone off mum cause she's got a proper pick of me - and it was so fun.

And I was in a black skirt believe it or not. ^_^ And me and Kallers scored though I don't think South Shields is exactly the best place in the world to score but never mind.

Saturday - somehow managed to get up and it was a reasonable day at work with little hassel and me and Ahmed got our RP idea underway so that was all good and wootage. Came home, watched telly and then stayed online till 1am and had a bit of fun.

Sunday - got up and had a moochy day which was what I needed and enjoyed having the house to myself for at least part of it cuase my parents went out seeing Alice Cooper. Watched a little telly and was online for a while then went to bed.

Monday - got up early and headed out to Paintballing. OMG that is so much fun! It's really great and I had a good time. We played six games in total that ranged from various things and ideas but it was all good. True I was the only girl there and had no real idea of what I was doing but it was well worth it. Dad nearly had a heart attack when I came home cause I looked like I had gone through a war zone. I had landed in the mud in one of the games and couldn't actually move for about five minuets, I got hit on the back of the head a couple of times and had the stuff in my hair and on my face, I had been pelted in the arms several times and in the legs and on the last game straight into my back that bleeping well hurt like bleep but I still want to go for it again ^_^

Came home, had a bath and then went to work where everyone who had gone was starting to feel the pain. Monday was busy and the usual customers and I came home knackard and more than prepared to fall asleep.

Tuesday - got up and went into Uni for my usual script letcures. Had to put up with my legs that were seriously killing me from yesterday which made walking around a little hard and painful but not too bad. The morning letcure we watched 'Witness' and it's a very high recommendation on my list of films to see ^_^ and we went through how it was following (and partially breaking) the Aristilian story telling archs (Three Act Structure and all that) which was really good cause it made me appricate the story even more ^_^

After that I went and did my Christmas shopping for all my friends and partly for my mam, mega chuffed that I kept all my mates presents cost wise to £48 which I is mega happy with and looking foreward to giving you all the various little things I got you and no you cannot know now. Also got a bit jammy and got a free gift at the Body Shop which I'm happy with. Walked back to the car worried that I was going to fall over cause the pain in my legs was really starting to hurt like mad and my back was going off as well. Got to the car without falling over and put my stuff in.

Headed back for my tutorial with Peter and he likes the idea for my ten minuet script I've just got to decide how far the obbession is going to go. I think that's practically sorted out in my head and I've just got to tweak it together nicely so thats all good. Headed to work afterwards and a reasonable night once again. Came home and ended up having a shower cause I felt like one and annoyed mam a little by trying to get my homework for today whilst she was on the computer. Went to bed.

Wednesday/Today - got up and had to scrape the car free of ice today which was strange and very cold. Miracoulsly got into Uni on time even though I left later than what I really should have but I still just managed it which was good. Traffic was horrible and the people were driving stupidly just cause of a little frost that was not that bad.

The lecture was quite interesting and we went through the plots for the ten minuet piece for Ian. I'm really beginning to enjoy this one and Ian was surprised by the ending which made me smile. Got to develop it a little bit but it's nearly there which I am happy about. Came home with no Tutorial cause he had to run but I should be seeing him tomorrow at 12:00 which will be good. Came home and watched a bit of telly before sitting down and actually starting the plot of Angel.

That sounds a little strange I know but my research is done now (bar a couple of bits I've missed but I can work that out later) so I can begin to plan what is actually going to happen in this movie. I'm happy with it so far and Kallers liked the idea of the Archangel Michael hating RS and only doing it cause he needs the credit. (I'll explain it properly later) Also did some work on Peter's ten minuet script and sorted out various other stuff that I needed to do.

Work was hetic with 60+ call cques and people complaining about having to wait twenty minuets to get through and I'm like 'yeah I know this, it's called it's nearly Christmas and everyone starts panicking and complaining over everything'. Usual routine of listening to the same old story that I've heard so many times in so many ways that I really don't register most of them now unless someones particually nasty to me but it's their life and if they want to complain over calls they've made then let em is what I say. Got a couple of new starters who are sharing our wing which was strange and meant I got shafted to the other computers but not that worried about it.

Came home and had tea, watched a Harry Potter Special and I can't wait to see that movie ^_^

Powercut

Well just a note to say that powercuts are strange little devices that deserve to be shot down. Just came home from work and it's like light light light dark eh what's going on here? Ah powercut.

Strange thingys going on

Well another shot of my life again which is going to sound really strange and weird but don't all of my posts do anyway? Gotta do some Script Homework at the same time so this might take some time to write but heh.

Monday - got up a later than what I was expecting and did nothing much bar a little bit of research and a couple of odd little things that I had missed from the weekend. Went into Uni which was mega wierd and I think it's completely thrown me off my usual routine (I knew it was the second I heard about it) and met up with the others for Noel's Theory letcure. After a little mix up with the rooms - photography nicked the one that we were told we were going to use - we got down to it and had an interesting little lecture on Italian Neo-Realism which was informative and quite fun bar Noel managed to contradict himself about ten times and confuse a lot of people (me included) but it wouldn't be a theory lecture if we all didn't sit there and go 'eh' at least once.

Went to work and Rachel brought her baby in! Awww he's so cute, only two days old like but he was cuddely. Got to hold him three times and everyone was saying that I was getting broody but I'm like not a chance in hell am I wanting a kid yet. Baby's are just nice to hold and then once they start crying hand them back to the mother. Heh he was cute and called Simon and was born last friday so that's all good. Work was reasonable and generally okay, pratted on with Ahmed as usual and had a laugh. Came home and logged on to check e-mails and ended up with some of my papers all over the floor. So got them cleared up and also found out that in January my mum is going to uni so there might be a bit of a fight on for the computer.

Tuesday - got up and went into Uni for the usual routine of script lesson. Went through the feature info and decided on the inciting incident and the events that would push the story forward (though I still need to decide what Azrael said to God to get her flommoxed) which was quite interesting and we got a general idea of what we needed to do. So now I can nearly finish the damn research - though not quite - and get onto creating proper characters and plot outlines.

Went clothes shopping afterwards and got myself some trousers, a skirt (shock shock Horror) and a top with some jewellery for going out on Friday cause my red top is now in the attatic and does not fit. Kal wants a goth look she's going to get one. The rain was coming down as I headed back and had my lunch (speaking of which I need to have that today) abd I got a little soaked walking to the Annex from Union but not too bad as some of the others.

The afternoon lecture was given over to two actors reading our scripts outloud and it was really good fun being able to hear the story just come to life completely. I really enjoyed it and had a good laugh with everyone else. Got to tweak a couple of sequences out of mine but otherwise it's fine which I'm really happy about. Gotta have my ten minuet piece to Peter by saturday and I'm swapping between writing this and that now so it should be no problem.

So I go to drive to work with the rain seeping down and just as I take the turning for the Silverlink off the coast road my wiper blade goes 'wheee' and lands upside down on the bottom of the stick part. In my mind I go 'SHIT!' but I keep cool and drive carefully along - now not able to use my wipers at all - and get to silverlink and fix it, praying that it will stay fixed. Go and buy a bottle of coke and then go to work with no problems. Customers were being whiney gets and all complaining of something or other and making it sound like my fault (well not all of them but you know what it's like) and then you're trying to resolve the problem and they won't listen to you even though they want you to listen to them. Kinda ironic ain' it?

So I go to drive home, no major rain which I'm happy about and alls fine. I get sprayed by some passing car so I put my wipers on and 'wheeee' off it goes again. By this point I'm going right Dad is looking at this and I get home with no problems. Walk in and hand the wiper to Dad and tell him that it's come off, he fixes it - turns out that when we put it on we forgot to tighten it up - and I have tea and go to bed.

(returns - did you know that warm pizza could melt chocolate? I didn't but now I do)

Wednesday/today - got up after hearing mam leg it to the bathroom and chatted on to her for a little while before going to fill Jess up and go to work. Traffic wasn't bad and no major problems to report there which was quite good. Got in with plenty of time to spare and wandered up to uni. Screenplay was reasonable if a bit repetative but at least I'm getting somewhere with this damn story and we eneded up in two groups of the ones who were here last week and the ones who were not. Even got a ten minuet break in it cause we were ahead which was great.

Came home and nearly got killed on the Moorfarm roundabout because some twit decided to pull out right in front of me, luckily I wasn't going that fast and had a chance to stop and drop a gear but he got my horn blared at him and to make matters worse he took my turn off and went left! Of the all the bloody check and it's not like you can't exactly see my car, it's red and it stands out a little on the road.

Still came in, alive, and started this and my work for today. Now this is done I will flick between things and go on from there ^_^

Weekend ^_^

Well, cause I'm likely to be busy on monday and have a lecture to go to that's normally included in my timetable I'm going to do the weekends update now and save myself a little bit of hassel.

Friday(night) - kendo was pretty fun, after spending nearly fourty minuets trying to get into town cause they were all being numpties and driving like frickin idiots cause it's dark, wet and I don't like it. Grow up and just drive your damn 1.6 car that's got a shit more drive and capabilities compared to me...okay I'll stop ranting about driving now. Once I got to town, met up with Kallers and had BK as usual and then headed over to the lads where I gave back a load of stuff I had borrowed and got my character book back so that's going to get used mucho tomorrow (before lect). Went to Kendo and had a pretty good time, wasn't the best night for me pratice wise but Darren pulled me and Kaller's and told us to teach two of the new lads how to put armour on. Which we did and then sent them into Enshin Shia (Piggy in the Middle) quite happily.

I ended up talking to Taou and a couple of the other asain lasses who have stayed on - it's great we now have eight girls in the class woot! - about how it all worked and they asked me how long I had been doing it. It was a bit of a shock when I said that it was only just over a year and that I had been their level this time last year. That's bloody freaky if you ask me. Came home a little late cause we had to go and get Kal's Shinai as she left it in the boys flat. Dropped her off and then went home, got sorted and went to bed.

Saturday - slept in a little on the late side but was still up and about with time to spare and got my breakfast before heading to work. Work was okay, quite and nicely paced but with people snapping about minor things that I had no previous knowledge of. But it's to be expected. Ahmed showed up for the first time in the last two weeks - he's been ill bless him - and we chatted on. Soon I'm going to lend him Azumanga Dioah vol 3 but he's adoring it so far which I'm happy about. I must admit those must be my most read manga's out of my collection - only possibly rivalled by Reality Check 1 & 2 at the moment - so Kallers and Baka get a massive big hug for buying them for me!

Came home and went to a fireworks party down the street and it was fun, watching the kids go hyper cause of all the pretty fireworks and the sparkelers. Came back and sat down and watched Ring and Ring 2 (original Japanese versions 'Ringu' and 'Nii Ringu' I think they're said) and OMG they are two class movies. They're not exactly fright fests more creepy what the hell is going on here fests that get you thinking and working for yourself but then have some really well done sequences that make you cringe and freak out. To make it just a little better by the end of the second movie you still don't know the full extent of what is going on or how it's all going to finish and it's still hovering in the back of your head. I am so buying those films and I will get you to watch them at one point. Don't look like that, they're really good and I'm sitting there going I want more of the damned story but I don't think it's going to happen. Heh I might look for the book and see where that goes ^_^

Went to bed at 1:40am and had to fight with the dog for the pillow. She won and it took me a while to get comfy but I did in the end.

Sunday/Today - woke up at 11 amazingly and headed downstairs to watch the final race of the Moto GP. Real good fun and Marco Malandri got first, whilst Nicky came second and Rossi third but it was just watch those two young riders go. Hehe, took the dog for a walk afterwards and bought some peanuts for mam and dad - they fancied some. Came home and went out with mum so I could find the way to the theartre on Friday to go and see Little Shop of Horrors with Kallers. Called in on Gran and got a phonetic christmas tree before coming home, trying to load the disk that Kamo gave me but it ended up corrupting on me as it couldn't copy a file across and refused to then load the extra info. *shrugs* no idea what happened at all.

Only a four day update to do for once

Hey guys, Ryu's finally gotten herself sorted and come back for an update ^_^

I'm flicking between this and re-writing my ten minuet script today (for Ian) and I need to start with the basics for the ten minuet script for Peter which should be fun.

Tuesday - was an okay day, got up in time and headed out to uni with little problems with the traffic - I think I only grumbled at something in one of the ques which is quite a record for me really. Got in and went through a lecture on character motivation which got me thinking quite happily about my work. Once that was over I headed to the libary and spent two-and-a-half hours doing more research on my feature film and discovering a lot about the personifications of death (the bits I read anyway). Finished that and headed back to my tutorial with Peter, thought I was running late but turned out that I wasn't. Damn David for getting out early and giving me a heart attack almost.

Went through the tutorial and found that I just needed a couple of things to be tweeked and then I needed to send my script off to the actors which should be fun next week. Headed to work after that and mooched a little in Boots trying to find something to get mam and dad cause I wanted to buy the pudsy bear bubble bath and didn't want to appear mean for not getting them something. Headed into work and went through a fairly nice night and wrote down stuff for my feature (this was before I banned myself from working on it cause I was making myself ill over it all)

Came home and did not watch Exosits on the point that I had to get up for uni the next day and I did not really fancy the idea of being scared out of my wits. So we headed to bed and I slept peacefully on.

Wednesday - got up and headed into Uni once again and thank god we've got Ian Cottage back cause compared to Samm he is great. Ian has done it all, screenwriting, directing and producing so he knows exactly what he is doing and how to change things around whereas Samm was only a producer and didn't exactly push us to develope our stories into pieces that could work. We went through the various activities and discussed in length how we could change things and for my piece I've been told to focus more on the characters reactions to what has happened and make the action take place over a period of time with an example of evening, night and day and I think I've got a basic plot that is going to work a little bit better now which I'm happy about.

Came home and mooched basically cuase I was still ill from overworking myself and needed time to just chill out. Firstly I edited the five minuet script and had to go to the little shops twice to get paper to print it all off and then post the copies off. Hopefully they got there, should have by now and went home. Finished watching King of Bandit Jing and it's one of those ones that if you're feeling really crappy then it raises a smile. Still not the best but I'm going to buy it for when I'm feeling mega stressed and need to watch something that doesn't make a lot of sense and is just strange. Had a kip for the first time in ages and Dad woke me up cause he couldn't find me downstairs. Bless him.

Went to work and we finally had our halloween fun and games - cause we could only have it on wednesday which is the allocated fun day. I didn't win the story contest but I didn't really care. Would have liked to read the others to find out what I was up against but no such luck. Ended up playing a donut eating game against Jeff and loosing but only cause I came in half-way through but it was still a laugh. Then played on a computer game called Buzz which is this music quiz, lost completely and totally but it is so much fun. I'm seriously going to consider getting it come the january sales and then get you lot over so we can try and beat each other at it ^_^

Came home late cause of the game and had an argument with Tiscali cause it wouldn't connect in any way shape or form for about twenty minuets - thankfully that's resolved now. Checked e-mails and then went to bed.

Thursday - got up a little late and made Dad porched eggs on toast after I unintentually woke him up when I was putting the clothes away. Went into Uni and went through a lecture on The American Avent-Guard which is a rather strange subject but an interesting one. Still don't like Scorpio Rising at all and will never ever watch it again. Just to make matters even more perfect the guy who made the bloody thing turned out to be a satanist so that just put things into even more stranger realms. Watched Rome,Open City and wow that is such a very well done post-WWII film set in Italy. It's quite slow paced but some of the sequences will stay eteched on your mind. A high recommenedation to watch - though be prepared to get annoyed at the person who did the subtitles cause they tend to leave huge chunks out so if you don't happen to speak Italian or German you're kinda screwed.

Headed to work in the dark and wet conditions which was strange cause people were driving reasonably well for once bar the idiot in front of me who kept twenty below the speed limit. Got in and only me and Jeff were in again so I sat and wrote a strange little sci-fi idea down - well if you can count four pages as a little idea - to pass the time. Came home and forgot that my parents were out. So I went to Ace Pizzas and got myself tea and then sat down and watched Battle Royal. Very gory and blood infested film but one to watch. I'll probably buy it when it's in the sale next. Of course it's not exactly one you watch with your parents around...pity they walked in half-way through but never mind. I enjoyed it but ended up waking up with the same bloody headache that I went to bed with, which is quite creepy.

Friday/Today - got up at 9:30 after getting sick of the alarm clock going off and walked the dog and posted a letter for Mam. Came back and cleaned the top part of the house as usual whilst blasting out the JPOP which was quite fun. Finished that off, made breakfast and then came online. And that's me done for today, going to Kendo tonight and then see where I go from there.
