I haven't done this in a long while
Well I know I haven’t updated in a while but it’s not been my fault, I’ve been busy. Still I’m writing this offline and then posting it up once it’s done cause I’m sitting here doing uni corsework again but it’s editing my scripts which is mucho fun ^_^
Neeways
Monday – went to the big shops to get stuff I needed, did a little uni work, watched telly and went to work and learnt that my team was being dissolved after that night which was a bit of a shock but you have to go with the flow I suppose. Came home and went to bed.
Tuesday – got up early and drove mam to Ashington cause her car’s still not fixed yet and went back into uni to get work and book tutorial with Ian. Went home, washed windows, wrapped up presents for my friends and wrote out the cards. Went to work and onto my new team which is quite cool cause my old team is with me and I know the coaches well enough. Came home, had tea and went to bed.
Wednesday – got up and caught the bus into Uni – remembered why I don’t go on the buses in the mornings anymore – and went through the tutorial with Ian and I just need to tidy up Reactions a little which should be okay. Came home about 10:30/10:45 and went for a little nap and woke up at 2pm. Got up, mooched before going to work. Came back, went to Nashi’s thinking it was her Christmas do and not next wed. I get there and Andy says that she’s gone to the cinema. I’m not too pleased with this and go home. Later learn that she meant this coming Wed – though it does not say that in the text – and she owes me a couple of drinks. Went to bed feeling totally knackard.

Thursday – got up a little later than what I wanted to but still had plenty of time to sort things up. Wrapped up Grans present and checked my e-mails to find out that my finale lecture has been cancelled and I’m finished Uni. WOOT!
Go with parents to Morpeth and I forgot how to get to the round-about (I was driving) and end up in playful banter with parents over things. Go to Tony’s and have a real nice Christmas dinner. Came home and go with Mam to get the Christmas Tree. We’re in my car and the guy kindly carries the tree to my car, puts it in and manages to knock my rear-view mirror off. So we end up driving home, stuck between the tree, with mam holding onto the mirror to stop it flapping around and only the real use of my drivers side wing mirror. Thank god I knew those roads well enough.
Got home, put the tree in the back, spent half-hour fixing the rear-view and we managed it after I inisit that the cover can come off which was good. Thankfully Dad was asleep throughout this. We then put the tree into the stand, using a bit of creative force i.e bashing it was a brush and slamming it in. Get that done and up, have a cuppa, watch Futurama and go to work. Come home, have tea and go to bed.
Friday – got up a little late but parents didn’t really mind. Did the Christmas Clean up – cause the Blitz is coming sometime in the New Year – and spent and hour and a half sorting out my room and making it look all pretty and nice. Finishied the rest and then helped put up the Christmas decorations – actually I think it was the other way round, in fact it was but I was writing this at work so forgive. I chilled for a little while and then Gran came around for tea, so we had a Christmas meal which was really nice and yummy and watched a little of Brassed Off. Dad gave me a lift to Kendo in my car cause I was going out for a drink afterward.
Met Kal and went through a pretty good session of Kendo – bar I forgot what Keigao was and my back started going as well which really didn’t help at all. But still much fun. We then all went out for a Christmas drink at the Carriage and I came up with a pretty classic line when ordering a glass of wine for Kal (I was closest to the bar). ‘Can I have a house of glass wine please?’ I was not drunk at the time and was only half-way through my pint of Cider and Black. The guys at the bar thought it was funny though and I’ll probably get remembered for it.
Left the Carriage and went to Kamo’s to get Christmas present and I got a Guardian Dragon! Called Mam, went home and to bed.
Saturday – somehow out of bed and to work on time, work was reasonable and it was a laugh in a way. Came home, had tea, went online till Dad called – he was out on the town – waited till they got home and then went to bed.
Sunday – was woken up at 9:10 cause my parents needed help with Sky cause it had gone off. Went back to bed and woke up sometime after twelve, took some time to get sorted and ready to go out. Went to the opera house to see the panto of Babes in the Wood. Quite funny and a good laugh but not the best I’ve seen – mind they had only just done a performance before the one we saw so they were all knackard. However the kids went nuts at the ‘behind you’ scene with the Spiders and Brenden Helily, Maxi and Mitch’s version of the Twelve Days of Christmas was funny, almost as funny as the one we saw at Cinderella over ten years ago with things going wrong all over the place which really made it work. (Still scary to think it was ten years ago though)
Afterwards we went to Pizza Hut and I paid which was quite fun and it was tasty. Once we had that we went to the cinema and saw Naria. Such a cool film with lots to keep you interested and great characterisation. One that in the future I will enjoy watching on Christmas Eve. Came home, walked the dog and went to bed.
Monday – got up and went in early to get some theory books cause I hadn’t got them previously. Came back by bus and then went to have a little nap. I woke up at 3 but in my defence I had the start of a cold so I slept it off. Woke up, mooched a little with Dad, drove to work, pratted on with the team and nearly got the chance to win a Bopit game but someone else got the ticket annoyingly. Came home, had tea, checked things online and went to bed.
Tuesday/Today – got up at 10 and took the dog for a walk to the little shops to get my board and I needed a couple of highlighters for my books for theory. Came back, nabbed breakfast, been doing my script editing to the next drafts and I’ll probably look again at them tomorrow. Got work tonight and still need to wrap up my parents presents. Oh well.
And that’s it ^_^ Hopefully they’re should be as long an update between the next one. Hopefully.
