Being naughty
Well I'm not actually being naughty, I'm just updating my blog from Uni because I finally got my password sorted out so hopefully I shouldn't forget it anytime soon. I've just handed in my two scripts along with their treatments/proposal and I'm currently waiting till 2pm to go and hand in my private study work so I decided to come and use my time a little creatively in the library as I have nothing else to do. Well actually I did, I went to WHSmiths and got a CD case holder cause we need one now and then headed to Virgin to see if they had the soundtrack to Forbidden Planet in but they don't cause there's only six or so in the country and they're waiting on authorisation to send them out. *shrugs* I don't quite understand why but that's the way things have been.
Well, this was supposed to be my sunday update so I better get on with it.
Coursework - has gone pretty well with my finishing off the last bits and then realising that my treatment for my feature didn't actually follow the plot of movie after a certain point as it had been change. I was slightly panicked, as I discovered this on Friday, but quickly got to work and had it finished on Saturday night which was a good thing. Also made sure that the rest were done to the best standards that I could do and they are which is a good thing and now the scripts are in and the private study later so all's good.
Work - been okay, a bit on the strange side, seriously you think that people would be happy because of the sun but no it only made them a little more grumpy than usual and then the rain made them strange. ??? Hence why I ended up calling Saturday Strange Saturday because it was well strange. but that's work for you.
Other stuff - got my documentary back, as per the previous update which was really spiffy. I've found out that my worse critic is my Dad but I knew the points he was pointing out where true and if I had gotten a full five days editing I probably have gotten them sorted out into a nice fashion. I will have to show you it when I get the chance and see how badly I get killed for a reason that you will have to find out about.
Didn't go to kendo on Friday as I was knackard and had the treatment to do, I could have gone but I didn't really feel like it and had begun to reach one of my ill-fated pressure points, see I get stressed but I get warning markers that tell me to do something else before they become too much. Luckily this time I recognised it and decided to skip instead. On the plus side we went to Shields for Fish and Chips, which I paid for, and that was a nice change. ^_^
Spent yesterday, Sunday, having an anime fest with Ahmed which was supposed to be an excuse for those of you going to rocky to meet him but nevermind. We had fun and watched .hack//Legend of the Twilight disc one (I need to get the rest of that), a couple of AMVs from youtube.com and then marathoned Weiss Kruts (or is it Kruzts? heh I can't spell it) becuase Ahmed wanted to learn who Mr. Whitesuit was. lol he came up with some interesting things throughout watching it. Mr. Whitesuit was Crawford, Alien's became Schwarts (bet I got that wrong as well) and Schient became something else I think along the lines of 'them lasses' but I could be wrong.
so yes a very fun day and I was in bed by 11:45 amazingly.
Today I had a little fun starting the car, so I ened up getting a lift in with mam. Turns out the electrics got a bit damp from all this friggin rain so Dad's got it running again and I'll need to take it down to Graham's (garage) oin Friday probably to get it fixed properly. And get the whipers sorted out.
Well, I've got two hours or so to go and kill now so that's what I'm going to go and do.
