lazy weekend

Well I've been a bit lazy of late and took a couple of days off but I needed to cause I've been really tired of late which has not been a good thing and it drives me batty if I work for too long on something without a break. That sounds really ironic coming from me don't it?

Anyway on thursday my theory letcure got cancelled cause Noel was ill so I got home early and worked on RN for a while and sent my CVs off with it to the various companies. Tomorrow I'm going to try the local theartres and see if they need help running an amature dramatics or something similar during the holidays for work experience. Need to start work on my script of Angelus as well so that should be all fun and more stress but I don't care. As they say Ars Longa, Vita Brevis.

Mam's knees gone even though she won't really admit it so that's not the best thing in the world.

Work's been okay, usual assortement of idiots from all that area and trying to deal with them has been interesting but now I generally ignore most and laugh on with my mates there which is a laugh.

Also those who are going to Rocky Horror, you owe me money! Visa bill's in I need to be paid! (yes Kal I know you're paying after pay-day ^_^)

Kendo was damn fun on Friday night, got to face Kamo-kun in a mock Iku Grading and if I perform as well as I did then on the night (god I'm still a actor) then I will be more than happy. I will be estatic. My Kata needs working on - the small fact tat I didn't know 3 the other night didn't really help - but once I've got the routines in my head then I think I should be able to get them all done and correct. ^_^

Bought a whole load of DVDs today, I did go with the pretense of buying films for theory and came away with bout twenty or so, but granted it was a split between me and my parents so that makes it very cool and fun.

Watched a couple of good movies the last few days, being Wood Alan's 'Danny Rose' which is classic Woody Alan stuff and a real laugh, 'Empire Of the Sun' wow such a cool war film and one of Spelburge's best in my opinion, 'The Ladykillers' the original 1955 version with Alec Gunnise in and that is such a funny film I was laughing through half of it and giggleing the rest of the way and 'Calendar Girls' which is a proper British film that's so sweet and definately on my high list ^_^

Well that's it for now, going to go and do stuff
